- create and administer accounts, permissions, entities, deals, users, folders, statements, workflows, reports and system records
- facilitate lender, borrower and investor administration processes initiated by authorised users
- generate documents, calculations, outputs, notifications, onboarding flows and related software functionality
- respond to enquiries, provide support, troubleshoot issues and communicate with users
- maintain audit trails, fraud controls, access controls, platform security and operational resilience
- comply with legal, regulatory, risk-management and contractual obligations
- enforce our terms, investigate misuse and protect our rights, users and systems
6. When we may disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to:
- your organisation and its authorised users or administrators
- lenders, borrowers, investors and their authorised representatives where disclosure is part of the platform workflow or user instructions
- service providers and contractors who help us provide infrastructure, hosting, storage, analytics, communications, identity verification, document services, development, support, payments or security services
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers and related counterparties
- courts, regulators, law enforcement bodies, dispute-resolution bodies and government agencies where required or authorised by law
